TERMS AND CONDITIONS FOR CLASSES
Payments are nonrefundable; please
ensure you state clearly your goals & that you understand services before payment. However, Plans may be transferred to another
person (a registration fee would be required if the person is not
registered).
Registration is done Yearly for clients to
access Membership rates
Each client must bring their session card each
time they attend classes, missing cards can be replaced at N300 only. Please do
not keep your card at the front desk or with any staff.
Special cases such as pregnant women, recently
operated individuals are advised to consult their doctor before beginning
classes.
Sessions are only valid within the bouquet/ plan (e.g.
monthly, 3 months, or special packages e.t.c) bouquet extensions are available at
N3, 000 per month. If you do
not use up to 80% (e. g 23days for one full month bouquet) of your paid
plan, you will automatically be given one week extra from your end date to use
up what is left; after which, you will have to pay a reconnection fee of N3, 000
to access what is left (per month).
Once you have started your bouquet, it begins
to read as an active plan and hence will end at the stipulated end date.
However, if you pay for a bouquet/plan without starting it the bouquet will
remain until you start the bouquet. Please note that for group payments, start dates are the same and any
member of the group that starts a bouquet automatically starts the bouquet for
the rest of the group members.
Each session is one hour, anything above that
is regarded as more than one session. Each class is
considered as a Unique class and hence 15, 20, or 30mins of Any class will be
considered as one. Please wait Outside Until Your class time.
The fitness plans are different from the
Training plans and run differently however, at your point of registration, you
may decide to have a mixed /half and half package structured for you where both
plans are infused for you according to your desired number for each department.
100 % Payment is required before any service
is rendered; Long term clients (i.e clients who have renewed up to 3 times of a certain plan) may be given a 70% payment allowance, However, Balance must
be paid within a week.
1st timers are
allowed to have one trial class on a Tuesday or a Thursday and must preregister
name, email, phone no. before entry.
We encourage a safe and
comfortable environment where our clients don’t feel they are watched or
captured and hence we only allow our administrators to make videos in class and at
specific times depending on the nature of the class, you can wait after class to do
a video as well.
Clients and visitors are allowed to watch from outside not inside the studio when waiting or
observing a class.
Fights, the use of alcohol, and the use of abusive
language are all prohibited in the studio premises.
Each timetable is valid for 1 month and is
subject to slight changes or upgrades after each month for improvements based
on the needs of clients.

All
rates are standard rates, deals are available on groups and specific plans. Each class is worth it. |
2. Don't you think your service is too expensive! |
Our
rates are professionally priced for the services we offer and the expenses incurred. |
3. Do you have only women's session? |
Our Attendees are 100% -98% women, however, we have male instructors and you can also book a private class or join our online classes which has the no camera-on option. |
4. I don’t know how to dance |
That
is what we are here for, Our job is to help you and teach you. |
5. Apart from dancing what other fitness classes do you
offer? |
Aerobics,
Yoga, Bootcamps, Private and scheduled options are also available |
6. I want something more intense not just dancing |
We
have very high intense Classes such as Aerobics, Hip hop abs, and Boot camps,
Our Dance fitness classes are targeted to help you burn an average of 500-
600 calories in an hour |
7. When is your next promotion/discount? |
We
are not scheduled for any at the moment however, you can watch out for
Religious and Public Holidays, there might be some then. However, All
promotions are conditional. |
8. Can I have a private session that I can afford? |
Individual
Private sessions are between N10, 000 – N50,000 depending on the location and
level of instructor taking you. |
9. If I am late for 6pm, can I take the 7pm class? |
This
depends on what plan you are on. For
flexible plans, yes For
Non flexible plans, No |
10. 6pm class is late for me, can there be 5pm classes? |
We
currently don’t have any 5pm class. 5pm is usually structured for Private or
special classes |
11. What happens when I pay, and don’t get to attend all my
sessions because of my job before the expiring date? |
If you do not use up to 80% (23days for full bouquet) of your

N3, 000 to access what is left if you are still unable to finish it. |
12. Do you accept payment in installments? |
Payment in installments is only available to old clients that have
renewed their plan for a period of 3 times (70% of initial payment and a
balance of 30% within 7 days) |
13. Can I keep coming for classes? I know my plan has expired,
I will renew by the end of the month |
Our structure currently doesn’t allow this, all classes are prepaid. We recommend a smaller plan for you |
14. I want my friends to come in and watch me! |
We
encourage a safe and comfortable environment where our clients don’t feel
they are watched or captured and hence we only allow this on Private session
not our group sessions. |
15. Can I make videos and pictures of myself during classes? |
We
encourage a safe and comfortable environment where our clients don’t feel
they are watched or captured and hence we only allow our administrators make
videos in class and at specific times depending on the nature of class, You
can wait after class to do a video as well. |
16. Can I come with my child to classes? |
We
do not allow toddlers in class and hence if you have your child we encourage
you bring a nanny who will stay in the waiting area outside where you can see
them with the child . Older children who attend the class are to pay equal
adult class rates as well before entry. |
17. How long will it take me to lose weight? |
Depending
on your body type, diet, frequency & duration this will vary,
however, we encourage you take a minimum of 4 -5 days of class a week and
reduce your total carb intake as well as cut out any late night eating to see
obvious changes within 6 – 12 weeks for a Mesomorph body type, an endomorph
may take longer. |
18. If I can’t keep up with the intensity of the class, can I
get a refund? Or(I’m not enjoying the class can I get a refund?) |
We
do not offer refunds, As mentioned under our terms and conditions, however,
You may transfer your sessions to someone else who is registered at your
discretion or ensure whoever is taking over your plans also registers. However,we encourage
you to continue instead and do it at a lower intensity |
19. I’m not seeing the result why? |
Results
are based on consistency, Body Types, and your diet, if you are
consistent for up to 3 months with no result then we encourage you to make
more changes on your diet or see a dietician or consult with a doctor, there
could be an underlining issue you may not be aware of. |
20. I was sick and unable to attend classes, what happens to
my subscription? |
For Flexible plans, You can pay the reconnection fee for the subscription time you have left to access your plan. For nonflexible plans , You would need to renew again. |
21. Can I share my plan with my friend or family? |
You
may transfer your plan however, the friend or client must be registered or
pay the registration fee, you cannot alternate plans with family or friend. |
22. Do you have trial classes? |
1st timers
are allowed to have one trial class on a Tuesday or a Thursday and must

23. Can I attend 30mins of 2 classes as one? |
Each
class is considered as a Unique class and hence 15, 20 or 30mins of Any class
will be considered as one. Please wait Outside Until Your class time. |
24. Can I use my plan for fitness and training classes? |
The
fitness plans are different from the Training plans and run differently
however, at your point of registration, you may decide to have a mixed /half
and half package structured for you where both plans are infused for you
according to your desired number for each department. |
25. The days I can’t come for physical classes, can I join
online classes? |
3months,
6 Months & 12months plans will be allowed to Join online classes if they
are unavailable to Join physical plans, This will be enabled Only based on
request for transferrable access for a duration requested. |
26. I want the instructor to teach me dance for 10mins after
class, is that allowed? |
In
order to respect the instructors’ time and skill, we do not allow this as the
instructor may also be tired after class, however; Instructors may be booked
for private classes. In
cases where the client wants to do a video based on what was done in the
group class, this may be done for Only 5mins . |
27. I want to learn a dance routine, can the instructor teach
us after class for 10mins? |
In
order to respect the instructor's time and skill, we do not allow this as the
instructor may also be tired after class however, Instructors may be booked
for private classes. In
cases where the client wants to do a video based on what was done in the
group class, this may be done for Only 5mins . |
28. We are having an event and would like to give you the
platform to come showcase your brand in return you will give us a dance
performance |
We
are glad you are interested in our services. Each
scenario and case is very different, Most cases require payment while a few
