THE 4 DAY LEMON DETOX RECIPE

NOTE: The mixes for day 1,2 and 3 should be taken for breakfast ,lunch and dinner and any other time the person is hungry ! With 8 cups of water minimum, drinking lots of water helps the detox process.
NOTE: Drink a minimum of 8 cups of water daily(Bowel movements should be at least 3x a day)
DAY 1
mix
2tsp of lemon
2 tsp of maple syrup
1/4 inches of ginger
Mix it with 1 cup of water.
Drink 6 to 7 and eat nothing else throughout the day.
The lemon in the mix will help with the hunger pangs.
DAY 2
blend
2tsp of lemon
2 tsp of maple syrup
1/4 inches of ginger
Mix it with 1 cup of water.
Drink 6 to 7 and eat nothing else throughout the day.

3 carrots
2 celery stalks
2 beet roots
1/2 spinach bunch
1/2 cabbage

1/2 onion
2 garlic cloves
Put all the ingredient with water in a blender and purée.
Drink 8 glasses of water or more throughout the day.
Day 3
half a cup of water you
1 cup of freshly squeezed orange juice
1/2 cup of low fat yogurt
1/2 inch slice of ginger
1 small clove of garlic
1 tablespoon freshly squeezed lemon juice
Blend them all and drink.
Drink it with lots of water
1/2 onion
2 garlic cloves
Put all the ingredient with water in a blender and purée.
